Locking device, known as locking elements, coupling sleeve, shaft sleeve, etc., is a kind of keyless coupling device, widely used in heavy machinery, packaging machinery, automation equipment, oil pipeline, and so on.
The locking device structure is simple, and mainly contains an inner ring, outer ring, and high strength bolt composition, through the action of bolts, between the inner ring and the shaft, between the outer ring and the hub to produce a huge holding force and realize the keyless connection. Its main advantages are simple installation, long service life, and convenient disassembly.
Generally, the material used for locking devices is 45 steel, 40Cr, stainless steel 304, or stainless steel 316. The locking device can be polished, blackened, phosphating, nickel plating, galvanizing, anodizing, and other surface treatments according to different requirements.
