This scheme mainly targets the blade and variable pitch of high MW wind power generator

A new variable pitch mode is added on the basis of existing three variable pitch modes (timing belt, hydraulic and electric variable pitches) to provide a possibility for achieving a new variable pitch mode with long service life and high reliability.

REACH new built-in electric direct-driven variable pitch driving mechanism for wind power generation is featured by compact structure and fully placed in the hub to avoid the effect of hub opening on the strength. Servo torque motor is directly driven and featured by light weight and high transmission efficiency. This driving mechanism is of planetary roller screw structure, and featured by large bearing capacity, long service life, low maintenance frequency, simplicity and convenience, and provided with damping articulated mechanism to realize flexible transmission.

Compared to traditional variable pitch structure for wind power generation, it has the following obvious advantages:

1.    Avoid such defects as looseness of hydraulic transmission structure, liable to leak and difficult maintenance;

2.    Avoid such defects as large load partially applied between electric variable pitch teeth and high manufacturing cost;

3.    Avoid service life problem of timing belt with variable pitch;
